How many dogs will my dog be walked with?
Never more than 6. That is a hard limit rather than an aim, and our booking system will not accept a 7th dog onto a walk.
What does it cost?
A group walk is £15 for 1 hour. One-to-one walks are £10 for 30 minutes and £20 for 1 hour. Pop-in visits are £10 for 30 minutes or £20 for 1 hour. Grooming is priced for your dog's individual needs rather than from a menu. We agree the figure at a free consultation, before any work starts.
When do the walks happen?
Group walks go out at 10:00 and 12:30, Monday to Friday. One-to-one walks run in the afternoon. Weekends are by request, so ring us rather than booking online.
Which areas do you cover?
Chesterfield. If you are just outside, ring us. It depends where the round goes that day.
Do we have to meet first?
Yes, and it is free. We come to you, meet your dog on their own ground, and go through vet details, medication and keys together. Nothing is booked until you are happy. Grooming always needs this too, without exception.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us 24 hours and it is free. Inside that, the walk is still charged, because the slot is too late to offer to anyone else. It will appear on your weekly summary marked as a late cancellation, so you can always see what you are being charged for.
How does paying work?
Weekly. At the end of each week we send a summary of the walks and grooms carried out and a payment link for the total. There is nothing to set up in advance.
